Kairos privacy policy
Effective July 25, 2026
Who we are
Kairos is operated by Weinbach Media, LLC, a United States company. Weinbach Media, LLC is the controller of personal information processed through Kairos.
Information we process
We process account and profile information, prompts and conversations, uploaded media, drafts, preferences, product usage and device information, and billing status. Payment-card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Kairos.
If you connect a social account, we process the account information and content you authorize the platform to provide. For Instagram professional accounts, this may include account identifiers, username, profile information, access tokens, owned media, captions, timestamps, media URLs, and available performance insights such as views, reach, engagement, saves, shares, replays, and watch-time metrics.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Kairos, import and display authorized content, calculate personal performance baselines, personalize recommendations, process requested media and AI features, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the service.
Connected-account tokens are encrypted and are never sent to AI models. When you request an AI analysis, relevant content, preferences, or performance summaries may be sent to our AI provider to generate the requested result. We do not sell personal information or use connected social-account data to build advertising audiences for third parties.
Service providers
We use service providers acting on our behalf for application hosting, authentication, databases, media storage, workflow processing, AI generation, payments, security, and support. Our principal providers include Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Inngest, OpenAI, and Stripe. They may process information only to provide their contracted services, subject to their agreements with us.
Sharing and legal requests
We disclose information to service providers as necessary to run Kairos, when you direct us to do so, in connection with a corporate transaction, or when required by law. Government requests are reviewed for legal validity, challenged when appropriate, limited to the minimum information legally required, and documented.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may ask Kairos to forget retained context, disconnect an integration, or request deletion of your account and associated personal information. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, tax, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Security and international processing
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit and for connected-account credentials. Kairos and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards where required.
Your choices and rights
You may access and update profile information, disconnect integrations, revoke platform access from the connected platform, and request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Children and changes
Kairos is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the service or applicable law changes and will post the updated effective date here.
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to will@willweinbach.com.
