Kairos terms of service

Effective July 25, 2026

Agreement and eligibility

These terms are an agreement between you and Weinbach Media, LLC, the United States company that operates Kairos. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Kairos for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization.

Accounts and connected services

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity. You may connect third-party services only when you are authorized to access the account and data. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms. You may disconnect an integration or revoke its access through the third-party platform.

Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Weinbach Media, LLC a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve Kairos. Do not submit content or personal information you lack permission to use.

You remain responsible for reviewing output and for every decision to publish content. Kairos does not guarantee that AI-generated output is accurate, complete, unique, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

You may not use Kairos to violate law or another person's rights; access accounts or data without authorization; distribute malware; evade security or usage limits; reverse engineer the service except where law permits; or interfere with Kairos or its providers.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew until canceled. Prices, taxes, included usage, and billing frequency are shown before checkout. Except where required by law, fees already paid are nonrefundable. Complimentary or promotional access may be changed or withdrawn if its stated terms are violated.

Service changes and termination

Kairos may change as features are developed. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using Kairos at any time and may request account deletion.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kairos is provided “as is” and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted availability. Weinbach Media, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Its aggregate liability arising from Kairos will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for Kairos during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they apply only to the extent permitted.

General terms

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may update these terms and will post the updated effective date here.
